- What's the most important area of the event?
- What's your target decor budget?
Ask your balloon professional these questions to ensure your big day goes off without a hitch:
- How many weddings do you decorate each year?
- Will you visit the site with me
- May I see photographs, or sample wedding albums that show your work
- How will balloons help enhance my wedding style or theme? (Casual, formal, country, etc.)
- Can you provide any other items for my event/reception? (Favors, bows, toasting glasses, candles, props)
- Do you carry liability insurance?
- Do you offer decor packages?
- Will you prepare a proposal?
- Do you have a contract I'll need to sign?

- What time will you arrive to set up your decor?
- Based on what we've discussed, what's the estimated cost of my decor?
